The Competition Class is run by Chris Briggs & Tracey Baxter

The Class runs on Thursday Evenings a 8.30pm

Chris & Tracey train members who wish to progress from gold standard to compete in obedience competitions.

Some of the prizes won by members of the competition class so far this year.

The competition class held an in house competition on Thursday July 22nd. My self and Carole Judged and stewarded and provided the winner's trophies.

The classes were pre-beginners to Class B Kennel Club rules. We had a really good turn out and 16 handlers took part.The winner was worked out on the percentage of points lost so it meant that a pre-beginner could beat a class B dog. We also had secret ballot to decide who the class believed was the most improved handler and dog.
The winner of the competition was Tracey Baxter with her Belgium Sheepdog Masie.
The winner the class voted for the most improved Handler and Dog were Anne
Shuker with her Border Collie Splash. We finished the evening with chip butties cakes and goodies. Everyone contributed to make the evening a success.
